Nearly 18 years ago, Hope Primas worked as a receptionist for a small YMCA in Kankakee, IL. While there, she received the unexpected opportunity to work in a capital campaign for the first time. Since then, she has been dedicated to doing one thing, helping organizations raise funds.

Primas has spent most of her career personally managing fund-raising and communications campaigns, always learning and doing. She puts that knowledge in every service she provides.

She has worked as a campaign specialist for various organizations, both large and small. She worked with them to hone their marketing and fund-raising plans, while creating new ways to increase income. Because of her experience and continuous education in the field, Primas brings a wide range of fund-raising skills, from annual campaigns to capital campaigns to planned giving.

Primas believes that fund-raising is about more than money. It’s about bringing out the best in people and making positive community changes.

She encourages volunteers and staff to carry out a campaign with a culture of support, caring, trust, respect, discipline, and interdependence, and will go to great lengths to help organizations succeed.
